Study of Torrin Ralor

Graphite and white pencil crayon on toned paper.

For the past month I have been working through an in-depth business course geared for creatives. It has been all consuming and I have not had much time for art creation. I am learning so much! More so than ever before, I am excited and grateful to see how my passion as an artist and author can support me as a thriving business! I am reworking my website for The Stone Guardians as well as my fine art site among many other tasks. I will share it with you as soon as it is finished and I'd love to hear what you think of it. I am looking forward to moving back into writing too. Yesterday, I went for a lovely hike and sat in an inspiring place overlooking the landscape to do some writing and sketching. Above is a study of Torrin that I worked on during my outing. It was a perfect Saturday afternoon time out.... I hope that wherever you are, you are enjoying the spring.

Who knew it would be so fun to play with a signature! Fine Art...

Flatlay photography: I am loving this! It is a wonderful way to tell a visual story and get your brand vibe across. They can be as simple or as complicated as you like. It is really fun to play around with different props that help get across the feeling you want to inspire.
